Job Details:
This position oversees a portfolio of clients and leads security operations across multiple sites. As the primary point of contact, this role ensures service excellence, operational efficiency, and strong team performance while meeting contractual and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure service delivery meets contractual standards
- Leadership & People Management: Lead, mentor and manage frontline staff to support performance and development
- Financial & Business Performance: Monitor margins, billing accuracy and overall operational efficiency
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, regulatory requirements, and emergency response protocols.
Requirements:
- Post secondary education in Business, Security Management or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive management experience
- Experience in security, protective services or related industry preferred
- Knowledge of applicable legislations and regulations related to security
- Professional designations (e.g. CHPA, CPP) are assets
- Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills
- Experience with financial oversight and operational analysis
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the GTA as required.
