JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Corporate Director of Communications, the Regional Communications Advisor plays a strategic and operational role in the design, implementation and effectiveness of communications initiatives designed to promote Vitalité Health Network's brand image and strategic priorities. The incumbent is involved in both internal and external communications, and acts as a resource person for various communications projects.
The Regional Communications Advisor is responsible for creating, coordinating and managing written, visual and multimedia content, as well as communications campaigns designed to engage audiences and convey clear, relevant information.
Working closely with the various departments as well as internal and external partners, this person ensures that messages, tone and the overall communication strategy are aligned. Their analytical skills and ability to adapt enable them to respond effectively to a wide range of needs in a constantly changing organizational context.
Demonstrating initiative and creativity, they support the implementation of communications strategies, ensuring that they are consistent and have a positive impact on the organization's reputation. In particular, they oversee the production of materials required by the Network, while ensuring compliance with the organization's graphic standards.
Diligent and results-oriented, the Regional Communications Advisor ensures that deadlines and organizational objectives are met, while contributing to an innovative vision aligned with strategic priorities.
In addition, the role encompasses related projects linked to graphic production and the redesign or optimization of communication processes, as well as the development of new digital and interactive approaches.
Through strong leadership and prioritization skills, the incumbent actively supports the implementation of ambitious, tailored communication strategies, while helping to build stakeholder engagement and commitment to organizational objectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in communications, journalism, public relations or marketing and at least five years' relevant experience in the field;
- A combination of training and experience deemed equivalent may be considered;
- Excellent writing skills in French and ability to produce high-quality content;
- Good knowledge and understanding of health sector issues;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage several projects at the same time;
- Knowledge of social media and its strategic use in communications;
- Knowledge of Web platforms as well as graphic design and video editing software;
- Diligence, strategic competencies and analytical skills;
- Creativity, innovativeness, openness and flexibility;
- Collaborative mindset, resourcefulness and engagement;
- Motivation to support performance excellence and continuous improvement;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Ability to work independently and as a team member;
- Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
- Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
- Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.
