As part of the Product Management team, the Construction Electrician is responsible for performing service work on products and services within the Customer Energy Solutions portfolio, training contractors and contributing to the development of best safety and technical practices in line with NB Power's mandate.

Key functions include:

• Performing electrical service and maintenance on in-market products and services as required
• Conducting quality assurance inspections and safety inspections on in-market products and services.
• Monitoring performance of products and services hired contractors.
• Delivering technical and safety training to hired contractors.

The ideal teammate will have:

• Construction Electrician CQ
• Three years of post certification work experience as a Construction Electrician CQ
• A valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Microsoft Teams
• Proficiency in both English and French at the Intermediate Plus level is required.

An equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered. Subject to competition response, the minimum qualifications may be modified.
