Parking Lot Attendant

Job Title : Parking Lot Attendant
Location: Moncton, NB

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30/9:00am - 5:00 pm
Wage: $18.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Direct vehicles to designated parking areas, ensuring smooth traffic flow during auctions.
• Maintain clear paths for safe vehicle and pedestrian movement, including emergency access.
• Oversee parking lot activity, especially during peak hours, to prevent congestion.
• Prepare parking areas for events and large item pickups.
• Assist attendees with parking questions and directions.
• Clear parking areas and walkways to maintain safety in winter.
• Regularly clean the lot, removing trash and debris.
• Help with vehicle movement for item pickups or deliveries.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License for vehicle operation
• Clean driver's abstract
• Clean criminal record for background checks
• Previous experience in similar roles is considered an asset
• Proficiency in the English language for clear communication
• Steel-toed safety boots for protection while working
• Comfort and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Access to reliable transportation for commuting
• Dependability and reliability in completing tasks on time and to standard
