Job Title: General Labour
Rate of Pay: $20.00/hour

We are looking for hardworking general labourers to join our team in Brantford. The ideal candidate will assist with physical tasks, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and contribute to overall efficiency on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of manual labour tasks including lifting, loading, and moving materials
• Assist skilled tradespeople and team members as needed
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Support warehouse, production, or construction activities (depending on department)
• Conduct basic inspections of tools and equipment
• Report hazards, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors

Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous labour or warehouse experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices
• Willing to provide a Criminal Record Search
