What is the opportunity?
At the forefront of retail banking innovation, we're reshaping how clients acquire and interact with their financial products. By prioritizing seamless, digital-first experiences, we're revolutionizing the industry to deliver solutions that are more accessible, efficient, and client-centric. As such, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Digital Sales Optimization to focus on optimizing our Everyday Banking product acquisition experience, with a focus on empowering Canadians to make informed decisions about financial products tailored to their everyday needs. In this role, you will take ownership of optimizing the Everyday Banking product acquisition experience, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven improvements.
What will you do?
Lead a cross-functional agile squad comprised of designers and developers to execute on Optimization initiatives and enhancements that elevate acquisition results
Partner with key stakeholders to align on priorities, monitor progress against objectives, and showcase the value of delivered capabilities, through effective collaboration and stakeholder management
Identify friction points and opportunities for enhancement through data analytics, funnel reporting, and user insights to create best-in-class client experiences
Focus on boosting conversion rates across core Everyday Banking sales channels by implementing data-driven strategies and iterative refinements.
Monitor progress against Objectives and Key Results through the iterative delivery of working software, helping to showcase the net-benefit of the capabilities delivered to market
Build and scale an experimentation framework to foster a culture of continuous testing, learning, and refinement, driving data-backed decisions.
Adopt AI tooling to enable efficient delivery in the day-to-day
What do you need to succeed?
Must-Have:
5+ years of relevant digital product management experience with background in the Agile way of working
Experience in one or more of the following areas of focus: client acquisition, digital acquisition, data analytics
Proven ability to drive results while effectively collaborating with key partners to do so
Experience defining product roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and translating business goals into technical requirements
Established growth mindset and an ability to push, pivot and let go as the environment evolves
Strong communication skills with the ability to tell a compelling story to garner buy-in and support
Demonstrated analytical skills with experience leveraging data to make informed decisions
Nice-to-have:
Certified Scrum Product Owner, or related certification
Familiarity with sales funnels and experience with sales funnel optimization
P&L business background: acquisition, engagement, retention, or product management experience
Experience launching digital distribution platforms or apps with a significant user base.
Knowledge of API-driven product ecosystems
