The Personal Banking's Value Office is a dynamic team within the COO Group, responsible for strategic insights and actionable recommendations to optimize our platform's overall performance. Within this group, the Business Performance & Portfolio Team ensures strategic initiatives align with financial objectives for the line of business. We're hiring a Manager, Performance Strategy to deliver strategic insights, competitive intelligence, and disciplined execution across the team. This high-visibility role offers direct exposure to senior stakeholders and a unique opportunity to shape strategic decision-making as a Strategic Enabler for the Value Office leadership.

What will you do?

  • Strategic Insights & Competitive Intelligence: Analyze market trends, benchmarks, and emerging risks/opportunities. Synthesize external data with internal performance metrics to deliver actionable insights for executive decision-making.

  • Executive Storytelling & Presentation Design: Lead development of polished, executive-ready presentations using advanced PowerPoint skills. Transform complex data and unstructured ideas into compelling narratives that drive alignment and action.

  • Team Deliverable Oversight & Executive Support: Oversee the Business Performance & Portfolio Team timeline of deliverables and priorities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Partner with senior leaders to manage deadlines, competing demands, and track actions to completion.

  • Operational Rigor & Collaborative Leadership: Maintain team governance (e.g., cadences, reporting), monitor initiative progress, and identify risks/gaps. Apply structured program management to ensure timely, aligned execution across workstreams while fostering cross-functional collaboration.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or a similar strategy/operations role

  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous challenges, structure complex problems, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

  • Analytical Rigor: Strong quantitative and business acumen to interpret data, identify trends, and generate data-driven insights.

  • Collaborative Mindset: Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while managing multiple priorities and collaborating effectively across teams.

  • Influence & Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build relationships, influence without authority, and navigate cross-functional dynamics with strong interpersonal skills.
