SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.

JOB SUMMARY:
The incumbent coordinates the creation, production, and dissemination of a variety of communication tools—press releases, web content, and social media posts—in order to inform the public about health issues, highlight the professionals within the Network, and promote its services. The incumbent participates in managing the Network's media relations, including supporting the drafting of responses to media inquiries and coordinating interviews. The Communications Advisor will play a key role in the implementation and development of the patient education service offering of the Vitalité Health Network by contributing to the production of educational content that is accessible and adapted to the needs of patients and their families.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, education, journalism, public health or a related field, or any other combination of training and experience deemed equivalent;
- Minimum of three years' relevant experience;
- Strong writing skills in French and the ability to write effectively in English;
- A flair for explaining complex concepts in simple terms;
- Excellent project management skills;
- Comfortable with generative AI tools and graphic design software;
- Openness, attentiveness and flexibility;
- Initiative, autonomy and proactive approach;
- Creativity, innovative mindset and ability to propose solutions tailored to the constraints of a public health care system;
- Discipline, attention to detail and commitment to quality;
- Efficient and fast turnaround;
