Job Description
What is the opportunity?
Lead and direct a team of managers and/or administrators by maintaining an optimal level of operational efficiencies while producing RBC Investor Services' complex reporting requirements for our diverse client base, timely and accurate Custody Financial Reports is the ultimately goal and product offering.
Establish an environment of continuous improvement that assesses workflow, processes and procedures on an ongoing basis, ensuring maximum efficiencies and quality within the departments facilitating a key component in supporting RBC IS' Client Service offering
What will you do?
Lead and direct all activities associated with our clients current and future needs around financial reporting requirements.
Working cross functionally to ensure gaps are addressed and closed with innovative solutions.
Lead Direct in the recommendation and implementation of processes and procedures that will enhance the client service experience and improve efficiencies.
Establish clear benchmark measure reporting deliverables
Continuously identify opportunities to enhance our value proposition to clients.
Define an operating module for reporting to ensure consistency and alignment with client service and operations
Project manages or actively participates in projects that are aimed at enhancing organizational capabilities ie.accounting, system improvement, processing enhancements
Manage the accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all processes.
Establish an environment of continuous improvement that assesses workflow, processes, and procedures on an ongoing basis, ensuring maximum efficiency and quality within the Institutional Client Segment
What do you need to succeed?
Must haves:
University or post-graduate degree
10 -15 years securities industry experience and knowledge of international markets
Excellent interpersonal skills and networking abilities with clients, industry associations and business leaders
Knowledge of funds & Trade Operations
Superior communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead initiatives, manage cross-functional relationships and provide coaching and mentoring
Nice-to-have:

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$90,000.00 - $140,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
