Job Title: Warehouse Manager/Administrator
Location: Moncton, NB
Wage: $70,000-$85,000
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-500:pm (weekends as needed)
Advantage Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for a leadership role in a regulated distribution environment in Moncton, NB. This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational efficiency and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise warehouse team members and supervisors
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, shipping, and receiving operations
- Monitor employee performance, productivity, and error rates
- Oversee inventory control and compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain quality systems, SOPs, and required documentation
- Manage workforce scheduling and staff development
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and GMP guidelines
- Coordinate facility maintenance and shipping logistics
- Aid in the Investigation of Non-Conformances. Identify and execute corrective and preventative action.
- Oversee controlled substance order processing and compliance.
- Monitor transactions and illicit value of controlled drugs.
- Conduct and record daily/monthly narcotics and precursor inventories.
- Prepare and submit required controlled substance reports.
- Report losses/theft to regulatory authorities.
- Respond to regulatory inquiries.
- Ensure all controlled substance orders meet regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g. Bachelor of Science) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years related experience in a similar environment.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- General knowledge of current Health Canada's GMP Guidelines (GUI-0001).
- Understanding of Health Canada's Guidelines for Temperature Control during Transportation (GUI-0069).
- Bilingualism considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills required to interact with all levels within the organization.
- Proven organization and time management skills.
- Experience with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
