Job Title: Administrative Support Coordinator

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Annual Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 (based on experience)

Location: Burlington, Ontario

Job Type: Permanent Hire, in-office

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to assist with customer order follow-up, internal coordination, data management, and customer service support. This entry-level role is ideal for someone organized, communicative, and eager to grow. Responsibilities will evolve based on the selected candidate's strengths and capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and follow up on customer orders, including shipment status and delivery confirmation.
  • Communicate order updates and resolve issues with customers, vendors, and internal teams via email, Microsoft Teams, or phone.
  • Perform accurate data entry of customer orders, delivery and tracking details, and maintain order/customer records.
  • Provide timely support to customers regarding order status and general inquiries.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns in a professional manner.
  • Complete basic reporting and data analysis.
  • Other administrative or customer service duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a similar administrative, clerical, or customer service role within an office environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Teams).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
