Definition of Work:
Reporting to the Provincial Manager – Compensation and Benefits, the successful candidate will act as a system administrator by updating the Health Human Resources Information System (HHRIS) with new codes as required, performing regular audits on data and monitoring the Virtuo HR interface to ensure accuracy. The candidate will be responsible for data generation and retrieval, report development and analysis and will assist the HHRIS Manager in identifying ways to improve system functionality and in the development of system customizations and work process changes. The HHRIS Clerk will be responsible for processing payroll memos, communicating with the payroll department, maintaining the electronic master files of all employees of Central Health, and other duties as required. The successful applicant will work as a member of a team that is focused on providing a positive employee experience for employees of Central Health.

Required Qualifications:
• Graduation from High School with a diploma recognized by the Newfoundland & Labrador Department of Education.
• Completion of a three-year Business Management Program with a concentration in human resource management.
• Significant knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems as well as personal computers and applicable software.
• Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the human resources field within a health care setting.
