Moosehead Breweries Limited is Canada's last-major brewer still owned by Canadians. Headquartered in Saint John, New Brunswick, the company has been operated by the Oland family since it was established in 1867.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative operations on a part-time basis for a 14-month contract. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth office operations and maintaining accurate records and reporting.
- Code, process, and submit invoices for payment in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, document management, and correspondence
- Assist the CFO with scheduling, preparing presentations, calendar management, meeting coordination, and related administrative tasks
- Work as coordinator for contracts with outside legal counsel
- Prepare reports and assist with ongoing administrative and operational reporting
- Attend meetings as required and prepare accurate meeting minutes
- Support administrative projects and tasks as needed
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Additional Information
- This is a part-time role requiring availability 20 hours per week
