Production / Fabricator Associate

Title: Construction/Production Worker

Pay: $24/hr

Hours: 7:00am-4:30pm

Shifts: Monday- Friday

Location: Chesterville, ON

We're currently looking for many reliable and energetic Production line and Fabricator Associates on behalf of a well-established compan y who ha s over 20 years of experience in construction, fabrication, and technology solutions. They specialize in modular and prefabricated infrastructure, combining advanced manufacturing with traditional building expertise to deliver high-quality projects across multiple sectors. Within this role you will be crucial to the day-to-day operations, and production of goods heading out to various clients.

Responsibilities:

• Reading and understanding Assembly instructions
• Quality Control inspection
• Ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned , and screwed in
• Testing products for functionality
• Reporting and detailing product malfunctions
• Adhering to all assembly and safety standards
• Excellent time management skills

Requirements:

• Must have reliable means of Transportation (No Buses)
• Physically able to lift up to 50lbs
• CSA Approved steel-toed boots
• Ability to stand, and walk for long periods of time
• Previous experience with Production , Manufacturing or Fabricating is considered an asset
• Previous experience with hand tools, and power tools
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Environment
• Able to meet production needs as set by lead hand
• Keeping work area clean
