JOB SUMMARY :

The incumbent uses their expertise to leverage and enhance HR data for strategic and operational purposes, including optimizing the recruitment, integration and retention process. They are responsible for extracting, processing, analyzing and structuring data to ensure the reliability of information, identify trends and support evidence-based decision making.

The incumbent plays a key role in defining, monitoring and interpreting performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR practices, anticipate labour needs and support predictive analysis to address strategic human resources management issues.

This is a new position for which the responsibilities will evolve over time to adapt to the needs of the Human Resources Department and the Network.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor's degree in statistics, analytics, administration, or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent;;
  • Minimum of five years' experience in data validation, analysis, interpretation and visualization in a similar role;
  • Practical experience in data modeling, including analytical model design, data process optimization and data warehouse management;
  • Experience in human resources, particularly in HR analytics, HRIS or HR indicator management (major asset);
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Power Query for data processing and transformation;
  • Mastery of Power BI and Tableau visualization tools, including the creation, modification and deployment of interactive scorecards;
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills;
  • Initiative and creativity in developing solutions;
  • Attention to detail and rigour in the quality of work delivered;
  • Good tolerance of ambiguity and complexity;
  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with frequent and unexpected changes;
  • Ability to translate organizational needs into concrete, effective technical solutions;
  • Proven ability to explain technical concepts clearly and tailor the level of information to the audience;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
  • Good work history (performance and attendance);
  • Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;
