Job Description
WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? ***
The Senior Manager, End to End Process Transformation, will report to the Director, Operations Process Engineering & Optimization and will play a critical role in developing and partnering with Operations process owners on Operations Process Engineering (OPE) team to optimize business processes from a client/employee experience & productivity lens. You will serve as a dedicated process design, mapping & transformation expert, supporting the development of our process inventory and the delivery of targeted, business transformation initiatives across our main operations pillars.
You will help drive transformational projects through cross-functional collaboration, new capability deployments (e.g. Gen AI, AI Agents, RPA) while enabling strategic clarity through clear roadmaps and ensuring advancement of operations at scale across our Operations teams.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Leadership: Provide thought leadership in Process Transformation (e.g., E2E/F2B Design, Lean, RPA) and challenge the status quo to drive rapid issue resolution.
- Strategic Execution: Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, OKRs, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Operations Process Engineering (OPE) & TEO APEX goals.
- Process Design & Mapping: Lead end-to-end process reviews and re-engineering efforts to identify improvement opportunities, leveraging tools like Process Mining and Lean methodologies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., process owners, data partners, IT partners, SMEs) to ensure initiative success and maintain strong relationships.
- Data Enablement: Partner with data teams to extract process insights, monitor performance, and identify AI deployment opportunities.
- Stewardship: Support the build and maintenance of an enhanced process repository and data pipeline to support broader E2E transformation efforts.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
- Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Technology Management or related fields
- Proven leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional storyboarding and presentation skills to simplify complex concepts.
- Structured problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
- Able to drive creative solutions, with proven ability to think 'outside of the box' and work in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
- Strong analytical skills to assess end-to-end process impacts.
Nice-to-have:
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
- Experience working with operations teams and process management
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
- 4 years + experience
- Ability to drive creative solutions and work in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
