Job Description

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? ***

The Manager, Process Enablement & Change Management will support the Senior Manager, Process Planning, Change Management & Enablement in ensuring the large programs, projects & business initiatives teams across our horizontal operations teams are fully prepared & well equipped for the operational & people impacts resulting from new technologies or redesigned process solutions.
In this role you play a critical part in driving readiness, adoption, and sustained performance by embedding structured change management, enablement & process planning practices across initiatives. You will also be accountable for the translation of project objectives into practical execution, ensuring teams are well equipped, aligned and supported through change.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Lead change management workstream for operations teams small to medium business initiatives and ensuring consistent and timely execution of change implementation plans.
  • Develop & Maintain core artifacts : Activation plans, communication materials, training Inventories, feedback trackers
  • Daily monitor timelines and follow through with stakeholders and partners
  • Hypercare: Monitor adoption metrics and trends, contribute to enhancement of tools, methods, or approaches
  • Develop ongoing update materials for key stakeholder reporting in an Agile project management environment
  • Providing change management consultation to business partners and recommendations, based on extensive research, for complex organizational change activities.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have:

  • Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Proven leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated written, visual & oral communications and presentation skills
  • Basic Understanding of change principles
