Job Title: Sorting & Packing Associate
Location: Richmond Hill, ON
Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.60 per hour

This role supports sorting and packing operations at a high-volume garment distribution centre in Richmond Hill. Responsibilities include folding, bagging, and preparing clothing items for shipment. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort, fold, and package clothing items for delivery
• Place folded garments in polybags and prepare boxes for shipment
• Ensure order accuracy and product presentation standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness in the work area and properly discard packaging materials
• Re-sort or re-fold garments as needed to meet quality standards
• Tape and label cartons for outbound orders
• Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to company procedures

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain order accuracy
• Previous warehouse or packing experience considered an asset
• Ability to work efficiently in a team setting and take direction
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• English communication skills - verbal and written

Work Conditions:
Work is performed in a warehouse setting with prolonged periods of standing, repetitive motion, and handling soft goods. CSA-approved safety shoes are required.
