Job Title: Customer Service/Warehouse

Pay: $19.50/hr

Shifts: Monday- Friday

Hours: 6:45AM to 3:30PM

Location: Ottawa, On

We're currently looking for a positive, professional and motivated Warehouse/Customer Service Associate to work for one of the leading distributors of high-quality and value-added fabricated insulation materials. The successful candidate will apply their skills in ways that make a positive impact to communities.

Responsibilities:

• Order picking and staging
• Unloading trucks
• Loading delivery vehicles
• Skidding and packing orders for shipping
• Warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Direct interaction with customers in person and on the phone
• Order entry, accuracy and confirmation of all orders
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• Previous experience working in customer service
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours to perform job related tasks
• CSA approved steel-toed safety boots are required for safety reasons
• Can physically handle lifting up to 45lbs on a regular basis
• Have good communication and comprehension skills
• Criminal Record Check will be required as part of the Onboarding process

• Overtime paid after 44 hours.
