This includes leading the integration and operation of systems such as Entra ID, MidPoint, directory services, and single sign-on (SSO) infrastructure. The role emphasizes high availability, security, scalability, and compliance with institutional and industry standards.
- Lead the maintenance and operation of UNB's identity and access management systems to ensure reliability, security, and compliance.

Lead the design of lifecycle automation processes, including onboarding/offboarding workflows and delegated administration.
- Continuously monitor identity infrastructure for availability, performance, and compliance. Review access logs, authentication telemetry, and audit events from sources like Entra ID, MidPoint, and identity federation gateways.
- Participate in project teams as an effective team member and complete independent projects successfully and on time.
