SummaryAre you ready to shape the future of enterprise architecture? Bell Canada is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to define and deliver end-to-end technical strategies for complex initiatives. You'll work in a dynamic environment balancing legacy platforms with a future-state (FMO) stack, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Architect Solutions: Design and validate end-to-end architectures that meet business goals and Bell standards across current and future-state systems.
- Drive Strategic Mandates:1. Deliver benefits within the set year (e.g., 2026 for current initiatives).
2. Keep initiative costs within defined variance of the estimate.
3. Maintain Solution Architecture involvement from idea to value realization. - Develop Technology Roadmaps: Support client objectives and future-state architectures.
- Financial Analysis: Evaluate solutions for TCO, ROI, and cost forecasting.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are consistent, compliant, and optimized for performance and cost.
- Engage Stakeholders: Present technical solutions and recommendations, focusing on business outcomes and operational feasibility.
- Manage Risks & Governance: Identify risks and ensure adherence to architectural standards and compliance requirements.
- 8+ years in solution or enterprise architecture for large, complex initiatives.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Broad technical knowledge across IT domains and modern cloud/SaaS platforms.
- Financial analysis and solution modeling experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively with others on projects and across departments.
- Ability to adapt and handle unforeseen challenges without significant disruption to productivity.
- Awareness of AI tools and technology is a plus.
- Key Technologies: ServiceNow, Salesforce, Amdocs (billing and subscription), Oracle (order management), Okta (authentication), Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with integration patterns, APIs, and microservices is highly desirable.
- Engineering degree in Computer Communications or equivalent experience.
- Technology certifications (e.g. AWS, Azure, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
- Industry certifications (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe, CISSP).
- Expertise in at least two domains: Network, Security, Data Centre, Contact Centre, IoT.
- Familiarity with IP networking and Internet technologies.
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
