Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead and support large-scale implementations across Salesforce platform solutions. In this role, you will act as a trusted Salesforce technology advisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams—including business stakeholders, technical leads, developers, integration specialists, and Salesforce product teams—to deliver innovative, scalable solutions combining technical leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on architecture expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage their knowledge of complex Salesforce ecosystems to deliver both declarative and non declarative solutions to align with business needs
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage Salesforce capabilities and align to industry best practices
  • Map requirements to Salesforce features, determining when custom development is necessary
  • Develop and maintain a strategic Salesforce architecture roadmap, ensuring scalability and performance
  • Guide and oversee development teams on Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration using best practices
  • Aid with requirements gathering, testing, deployment and documentation of solutions
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce platform governance, security, and compliance standards
  • Define architecture standards and code quality controls to ensure product stability and scalability; conduct solution/code reviews
  • Oversee configuration, customization, and integration activities; conduct solution/code reviews and mentor technical teams
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and ecosystem innovations to drive continuous improvement
Critical Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Current Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or B2C Solution Architect
  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design
  • Experience building automation using Flows, creating Apex classes, and using APIs
  • Proven track record leading large-scale Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migrations.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, DevOps, and environment management.
  • Expert level knowledge of the Salesforce object model in conjunction with SOQL and SOSL
  • A history of successful building web-based user interfaces, along with a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong Organization: you're on top of deadlines and know how to prioritize competing demands

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Vlocity and/or Salesforce Revenue Cloud is a significant asset
  • Familiarity with Copado
  • Experience within the Telecommunications industry is an asset
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party applications as ERPs is an asset
