Atlantic Lottery is seeking a Director of Architecture and Delivery-a strategic leader who thrives on driving modernization, enabling agile practices, and inspiring high-performing teams.
Reporting directly to the Vice President, Technology, this role is a cornerstone of our technology strategy and a key member of the Leadership Team. You'll lead strategic delivery initiatives, empower teams, and collaborate across the organization to create player-first solutions that fuel growth and reinforce brand trust. While guiding technology modernization and architecture, your focus will be on leadership, alignment, and driving results.
This is a high-impact, in-office position based in Moncton, NB.

Salary Band: $131,200 - 196,800 - A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000 at the time of this posting. (Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, market conditions, relevant experience, education, training and internal equity).
What You'll Do
- Lead and Inspire: Coach and mentor technology professionals, foster a culture of accountability, and champion change resilience.
- Drive Strategic Delivery: Oversee multi-vendor portfolios, enable agile practices, and ensure transparency in execution.
- Collaborate for Impact: Partner with senior leaders to align technology initiatives with business priorities and growth strategies.
- Shape Technology Direction: Guide enterprise architecture and modernization efforts to support scalable, secure platforms.
- Ensure Governance & Risk Management: Maintain roadmaps, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Budget & Resource Management: Oversee departmental budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Champion Innovation: Promote emerging technologies and practices to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (MBA or similar graduate degree is an asset).
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology or related fields, with a track record of leading complex initiatives and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Must be 19 years of age or older and reside in Atlantic Canada.

- Strong leadership capabilities with a collaborative, visible management style that builds trust and accountability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at the executive level.

Assets
- Certifications such as PMP, Agile (SAFe, PMI-ACP), TOGAF, and Prosci.
- Experience with enterprise architecture and large-scale delivery.
