Delivery Lead (Global Security)

Job Description

What is the Opportunity?

Ensures the technical & non-technical requirements of cloud computing platforms and infrastructures to meet the vision of complicated solutions. Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.

What Will You Do?

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT Risk Assessment projects.

• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.

• Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.

• Track project progress and report on project status to senior project managers and stakeholders.

• Identify and escalate project risks and issues as needed.

• Support the team in ensuring project deliverables are met within scope, time, and budget.

• Facilitate effective communication between project team members and stakeholders.

• Assist in the development and implementation of project management best practices.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must-Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in project management or project coordination, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity sector.

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT risk assessment.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proven experience in relationship management and building, with a focus on effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

• Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus but not required.
