DZ Driver

Job Title : DZ Driver - Local Deliveries.

Pay: $2 5 /hr.

Shifts: Monday - Friday

Hours: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Location: Ottawa , On

We're actively seeking DZ Truck Drivers with 2 years of experience to Deliver Sanitation Products in the Ottawa, ON area. This Role includes 90% hand Bombing, and you will be communicating directly with customers daily . Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. and use electric jiggers and hand carts.

Responsibilities

• Delivering to Schools , Daycares and other companies within the Greater Ottawa Metropolitan Area and surrounding areas .
• Loading and unloading stock in a secure manner for safe, damage-free transportation ,
• 90% hand bombing deliveries, with use of Electric Jiggers and Hand Carts.
• Verifying all orders at time of delivery and delivering orders to meet customer specifications .
• Ensuring equipment and truck are in good working condition through adherence to delivery maintenance procedures .
• Familiarity with the completion of delivery registers and paperwork to ensure stock is accounted for .
• Able to work extended hours, which may be required from time to time .
• Must be flexible regarding work hours .

Qualifications

• Current TDG/WHMIS knowledge would be considered an asset .
• Ability to use power loading equipment .
• Familiar with ISO Policies and Procedures would be considered an asset .
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team member .
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment .
• Strong attention to detail .
• Good decision-making skills and ability to work independently .
• Able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs.) .
• DZ license with a minimum of two years of tractor-trailer driving experience is required .
