Advantage Personnel is currently seeking Warehouse Labourers to support the daily operations of a busy warehouse in Dartmouth, NS. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that involves loading and unloading heavy materials, organizing inventory, and assisting with general warehouse duties. It's an excellent opportunity for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and enjoy staying active in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload boxes and materials safely and efficiently.
• Lift and move heavy items weighing up to 80-90 lbs on a continuous basis.
• Organize, store, and relocate inventory within the warehouse.
• Perform light cleaning and maintain an organized workspace.
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Ability to lift 80-90 lbs repeatedly.
• Comfortable performing physically demanding, repetitive work.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively independently or as part of a team.
• Steel-toe safety boots required.
