Advantage Personnel is seeking strong and reliable Warehouse Labourers to assist with the daily operations of a busy warehouse in Dartmouth, NS. This hands-on role involves loading and unloading heavy items, organizing and moving inventory, and supporting general warehouse tasks. This is ideal for physically fit individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading boxes and other items
- Continuously lift heavy loads of 80-90 lbs
- Store, move, and organize items within the warehouse
- Perform light cleaning and maintain an organized workspace
- Support other warehouse tasks as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Ability to lift 80-90 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable performing physically demanding, repetitive tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
- Able to follow instructions and work effectively independently or as part of a team
- Steel-toe safety boots required
