Schedule: Monday - Friday | Ongoing Assignment
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Overview:

Advantage Personnel is currently seeking physically strong and dependable Warehouse Labourers to support a high-volume operation in Dartmouth. This role is built for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in hard work, and are ready to stay active throughout the entire shift.

Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload boxes and materials
• Lift and move items weighing 80-90 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Organize, relocate, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free
• Support supervisors with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to repeatedly lift 80-90 lbs
• Comfortable with continuous, physically demanding work
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Able to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
• CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots required
