As part of the T&D Operations Support team, the Transmission Billing & Reporting Business Analyst is responsible for Transmission 3rd party billing and analytical support.
Key functions include:
• Managing third-party billing for the Transmission group, preparing workbooks, processing invoices, generating a variety of reports, and handling monthly accruals
• Developing processes, updating documentation and implementing rate changes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Providing analytical support to the Transmission team as it pertains to reports, Power BI and savings
Our ideal teammate will have:
• Bachelor of Business Administration
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in financial analysis, business processes, or related roles. Experience in reporting, conducting cost analysis and scorecard development would be considered an asset
• Intermediate Proficiency in Excel focused on the use of spreadsheets, pivot tables, and formulas
• Experience using SAP Financial Modules, Power BI and/or similar data warehouse systems
• Experience using SharePoint or Microsoft office
• High attention to detail and critical analysis
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
