We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team in Moncton, NB or Charlottetown, PEI . This role is responsible for growing sales, developing industrial customer relationships, and promoting a full range of product lines across the Greater Moncton Area and Prince Edward Island. The successful candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and passionate about identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Grow sales and identify new market and product opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers
• Promote all product lines effectively
• Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions and services
• Identify growth opportunities and build long-term business relationships
• Manage and expand an initial account list through strategic customer development

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in an industrial, commercial, or technical environment
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Outgoing, persuasive, and self-motivated professional
• Computer literate, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Post-secondary education is an asset
• Bilingual in French is an asset
• Industrial MRO product knowledge is an asset
• Interest in continuous learning and professional growth
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
