Shifts: Varied (8s and 12s) | Every 2nd weekend | Based on operational need
Pay Rates
- CCANOC (No certificate): $19.34 - $20.22/hr
- CCA: $22.23 - $24.10/hr
- Plus: Shift premiums for evenings and weekends
- Good News: Wages are expected to increase within the year-with retroactive pay

What You'll Do
As a Continuing Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing person centered, respectful, and dignified care that supports each resident's physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities while promoting independence
- Offering comfort, companionship, and emotional support
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and home-like environment
- Collaborating with nurses, families, and other departments
- Keeping accurate documentation and updating care plans
- Mentoring new staff or CCA students when needed
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of a recognized Continuing Care Assistant program (or equivalent)
- A kind, compassionate, and dependable caregiver
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Physically able to meet the demands of the role
- Willing to work a variety of shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays)
