Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving growth, inspiring teams, and making a meaningful impact in your region? We’re looking for a Director, Sales & Marketing to lead our Business & Residential customer expansion across the Western and Pacific markets. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape regional strategies, build strong partnerships, and lead a talented team of Sales and Marketing professionals to exceed revenue targets and elevate our brand presence.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire

  • Champion the development of a high-performing sales and marketing team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Own the Region

  • Design and execute regional programs that grow market share and drive customer acquisition.
  • Leverage local insights to address competitive threats and seize emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate across teams to optimize all sales channels and ensure seamless execution.

Build Strategic Partnerships

  • Prospect and secure new business opportunities with Multi-Dwelling Units (MDU) and Single-Family Units (SFU).
  • Drive targeted acquisition programs to increase customer penetration in partnered buildings.
  • Cultivate relationships with municipalities, influencers, and key stakeholders.

Amplify the Brand

  • Identify and activate regional sponsorships that boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Generate leads and deliver measurable Return On Investment (ROI) through community and event-based marketing.

Elevate Retail Performance

  • Oversee retail store operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
  • Empower store teams to meet Customer Experience Score (CES) goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Drive Business Growth

  • Lead the acquisition of new mobile and wireline commercial customers.
  • Expand services within the existing customer base through strategic account management.
  • Deliver white-glove service that sets us apart from the competition.

Manage with Precision

  • Own the regional marketing budget and ensure smart, impactful investments.
  • Achieve annual revenue targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in regional sales and marketing leadership roles (e.g., Regional Sales Manager, Channel Manager, District Manager).
  • A track record of motivating teams and delivering growth through region-specific strategies.
  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field.
  • Strong planning, facilitation, and engagement skills.
  • A creative, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for connecting people and driving results.
