Summary

The Small Business Marketing team seeks a highly skilled and experienced manager to support a strategic, high profile transformational project focused on driving customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in marketing, project management, and executive-level communication, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results. This individual will play a crucial part in shaping the marketing landscape and contributing significantly to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic project, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and maximizing return on investment.
  • Use analytic skills to identify new opportunities for selling, channel expansion, customer experience and process improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product management, Business Intelligence and customer service, to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.
  • Develop and deliver compelling executive presentations, effectively communicating project status, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure we're meeting project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in marketing strategies (digital).
Critical Qualifications
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or experience in a related field is required for consideration.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Expertise in building and delivering impactful executive presentations, communicating complex information clearly and concisely to senior leadership.
  • Adept at problem-solving using analytics for strategic recommendations.
  • Tenacious, self-starter. Skilled at stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and motivating virtual teams.
  • Connect with experts/colleagues, seek customer voice, and propose better solutions.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments; proactively identifies opportunities, challenges, addresses roadblocks.
  • Proven record leveraging cross-functional resources to lead initiatives or develop technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Small Business customer operations, products and channels an asset
  • Excellent project management and change management skills
  • Involved in large-scale transformational projects and operations as an analyst/developer/project manager.
  • Fully versed in all office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in Agile tools (i.e. Confluence, Jira, Miro)
  • PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is an asset
  • Familiarity with internal Bell platforms and stakeholders
  • MBA considered a strong asset

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
