JOB SUMMARY:
The work consists of assisting the nurse manager in managing services by performing tasks and providing non-clinical administrative support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's of Business Administration or equivalent of an administrative support program. Over two years' experience. Medical terminology or medical transcription course;
- Leadership, oral and written communication, and strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to act as a change agent;
- Problem-solving, conflict resolution and time management skills;
- Initiative, good judgment, and decision-making skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Physical ability to perform assigned work;
- Good work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethical principles while respecting the Network's management philosophy and organizational values;
- Adherence to Vitalité Health Network's confidentiality rules.
