Interview Panelist Opportunity

Help Shape Our Future Teams – Join a Recruitment Interview Panel and Build Your Skills

As we continue to grow and bring top talent into our organization, we’re reaching out to invite management employees an opportunity to play a key role in the recruitment process by participating as part of the selection committee on recruitment interviews to conduct candidate interviews with Hiring Managers. Your expertise and insight are invaluable in identifying individuals who not only have the right skills but also align with NLHS culture and values. The Recruiter from HR will facilitate each competition.

Recruitment is piloting this initiative with the CorCare project for the CorCare Credential Trainer positions. There are over 200 interviews to be conducted in July and all interviews will follow the same interview process. If successful you will be on an interview committee with the CorCare Hiring Manager for unionized competitions facilitated by a HR Recruiter.

To support you in this effort, we’ve developing a brief, practical online course focused on best practices for conducting effective, inclusive, and insightful interviews. The course is designed to build confidence, provide consistency, and ensure a great experience for both candidates and interviewers.

Whether you’re new to interviewing or have plenty of experience, this is a great opportunity to enhance your skills and contribute directly to NLHS success.

Here’s how you can get involved:

  • Volunteer as an Interview Panelist – Help us evaluate candidates and shape the future of our teams
  • Commit to a minimum of 6 hours of interviewing from July 9-25th
  • Complete the Interview Skills Course

Training will start the week of July 7th.

Please note: You will be required to answer the following mandatory fields when you submit your application:

  • I understand the duties, education and experience requirements for the position.
  • I understand the location, employment status of this position and the associated hours of work/shifts.
  • I understand that any statements made on this application found, at any time, to be false and/or incomplete shall be sufficient cause for disqualification or discipline up to dismissal.
