Reporting to the Director - Partnerships, Strategic Cultural Segments, as the Senior Manager, Operations Enablement & Referral Strategy, you are responsible for the execution of Canadian Wealth Management 's cultural partnership strategy, which includes building referral infrastructure, assessing the operational feasibility of proposed partnerships, coordinating sponsorship activations, and ensuring internal teams are equipped to deliver on partnership commitments.

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

  • Design and manage internal partnership ecosystem to effectively leverage bank-wide assets, delivering a seamless and value-added client journey that address their business and cultural needs.
  • Support the Director, Partnerships in evaluating proposed partnerships and sponsorships for feasibility, resource fit, operational complexity, and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end orchestration of execution, including coordination across Compliance, Risk, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Technology teams.
  • Develop and deploy playbooks, training sessions, and enablement tools to support partnership activation and referral generation.
  • Manage logistics and execution for sponsored cultural events and partner activations in collaboration with Marketing and Business Leads.
  • Monitor referral metrics, onboarding SLAs, and KPIs; deliver insight-driven reports to leadership and governance forums.
  • Ensure compliance, AML/ATF alignment, privacy, and risk controls are adhered to in all partner-triggered processes.
  • Prepare performance dashboards, business case updates, and briefing materials for executive governance forums, in alignment with Wealth and cultural strategy objectives

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

  • 8–12 years of experience in financial services operations, enablement, sales strategy, or cross-functional delivery roles.
  • Experience in Wealth Management and/or Retail or Commercial Banking environments.
  • Proven ability to work with internal bank partners to design and implement new processes.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale coordination across functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate business cases, sponsorship value, and referral performance.
  • Experience supporting the development and integration of new-to-bank external partnerships.
  • People leadership experience — has managed teams or direct reports in cross-functional environments.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including AML, privacy, and operational risk.
  • Experience building training or enablement content for business lines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • MBA is an asset
