Job Title: Technical Analyst

Location : Saint John , NB

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Wage: $23. 0 0-$28.00/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be aiding in installing OS, Apps, and updates to company devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing Operating Systems using Autopilot onto company devices
• D ocumentation of tasks and apps installed
• Troubleshoot issues and follow instructions
• Assign devices to users via Intune

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field is an asset
• 1 + years of experience in a technical analyst, desk side support , or similar role.
• Experience with Intune is an asset
• Experience with installing operating systems via Auto Pilot is a definite asset
• Basic understanding of Active Directory, Intune, and Network tools
