Be part of the team that drives the achievement of our strategic objectives. You'll work collaboratively with a team of professionals, managing the performance and risk profile of Bell, balancing the needs of customers, investors and team members with long-term business success.

Summary

Responsibilities include providing proactive and quality financial planning, reporting and analysis to Bell management. The Manager, Finance will work collaboratively with the Finance team to deliver month-end processes and related reports while meeting budgeting and forecasting responsibilities and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets/forecasts to support Field Services Operations
  • Analyze variances and present financial results and budgets/forecasts to Bell senior management
  • Monitor headcount and financial metrics to identify gaps between actual and expected results to create actionable recommendations to achieve targets
  • Create financial models to evaluate business decisions, find opportunities within the organization and present findings
  • Coordinate and manage ad-hoc requests/projects and financial models
  • Identify, recommend and implement process improvement opportunities and automation
Critical Qualifications
  • University degree in finance or accounting and completion or enrolment in a CPA certification program
  • Must have 1-2 years of experience in an analyst or management role
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to demonstrate strong analytical skills and high-level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and meet conflicting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP, BPC or other similar ERP software
  • Knowledge of Alteryx or MicroStrategy
