Job Summary:
iHeartRadio is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and digitally savvy Digital Content Producer to join our growing team focused on spoken word and podcast content. In this role, you'll support the creation, packaging, and promotion of compelling audio storytelling—helping to bring our podcasts and spoken word content to life across digital platforms. You'll work closely with content creators, marketing, editorial, and social media teams to elevate iHeartRadio's position as a leader in the digital audio space.
- Curate, edit, and publish digital content that supports iHeartRadio's spoken word and podcast portfolio across YouTube and podcasting platforms
- Write engaging promotional copy, show descriptions, headlines, and metadata for new and existing podcasts and YouTube videos
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategies for promoting spoken word content across the iHeartRadio app, website, social media, newsletters, YouTube and third-party platforms
- Produce and manage content for landing pages, podcast collections, YouTube channel pages and promotional campaigns
- Optimize ad marker placement in high performing content
- Monitor podcast and YouTube trends and surface emerging opportunities for editorial curation and programming
- Use content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and scheduling platforms to maintain and optimize digital presence
- Assist in developing creative assets including visuals, audio / video teasers, and promotional banners in partnership with the design and audio production teams
- Ensure consistency with iHeartRadio's brand voice and editorial standards across all digital touchpoints
- 2–4 years of experience in digital content production, preferably in media, news, entertainment, or podcasting
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ear for audio content
- Familiarity with podcast ecosystems, formats, and major platforms (YouTube, Apple, Spotify, etc.)
- Knowledge of audio/video/image editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
- Proficiency in CMS platforms, SEO best practices, and digital publishing workflows
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, podcasts, and digital media
