The Role
As Cooke continues to scale its digital transformation, the Enterprise Business Analyst (EBA) plays a critical role in connecting strategic business needs with enterprise-wide technology solutions. The EBA partners across the Digital Strategy team, fusion Capability Teams, and Product Teams, while working closely with technical architects to align solution intent with enterprise architecture standards.
The EBA operates with an enterprise lens, ensuring that solutions are not only fit-for-purpose but also scalable, reusable, and consistent with Cooke's global digital strategy. This role is central to how we govern, plan, and connect change across capabilities, products, platforms, and initiatives.

Solution Intent & Documentation
- Develop solution intent packages including business needs, functional flows, user stories, integrations, data needs, and dependencies
- Collaborate with architects to ensure alignment with EA patterns, security principles, and integration standards
- Identify and document business impacts, process changes, and stakeholder considerations to inform change management and adoption planning
- Prepare materials for ARB reviews and document decisions, risks, and rationale
Governance & Alignment
- Help maintain traceability between strategy, requirements, solution design, and delivery
- Define measurable success criteria and ensure linkage to benefits realization and business KPIs
- Coordinate across stakeholders to ensure solution scope and roadmap alignment
- Participate in post-implementation reviews to assess alignment between delivered solutions and intended value
- Contribute updates to enterprise architecture tools (e.g., Ardoq) where appropriate
Continuous Improvement
- Help mature documentation practices, templates, and analytical standards
- Champion reuse and shared understanding across initiatives, avoiding duplication of efforts
- Contribute to defining best practices for early-stage analysis, architecture planning, and solution governance
