The Technology Services Finance team is responsible for financial planning and reporting activities and supports both the Technology Services (TS) executive team and the Finance executive team. The TS finance team works closely with various finance teams, stakeholders and the controllers' organization to deliver insightful financial information and analysis to influence decision-making and drive greater profitability, while ensuring financial integrity.

You will play a crucial role in financial management, analysis and reporting within the Technology Services Finance group. This dynamic position requires a detail-oriented, self-starter individual with exceptional collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of accounting for IT related expenses, coupled with strong analytical expertise.

• Provide comprehensive financial support to Technology Services leadership team.
• Assist in financial deep dives and ad-hoc projects in order to provide enhanced, value-added financial analysis and insights to drive improved financial & business performance
• Tracking of financial and metrics performance, scorecards
• Support the financial planning process for budget, in-year forecasts, and long-range planning for elements of the Technology Services BU
• Manage relationships with other internal finance teams, business partners, and subsidiaries
• Identify opportunities to streamline planning processes to improve both speed and accuracy

• Minimum of 5 years of financial or accounting experience supporting an IT department (or organization)
• Professional accounting designation (CPA) or actively pursuing one.
• Excellent Digital Software skills (i.e. Microsoft 365, Alteryx, Teradata, PEATS)
• Communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills)
• Ability to partner with cross-functional groups and various management levels
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues and tasks through to resolution
• English required: interaction with English speaking stakeholders across Canada
