Job Title: G-class Delivery Driver

Location: Burlington, Ontario - Upper Middle Road & Appleby Line

Shifts: Days, 6:00 am start time, Monday - Saturday (Saturday shifts are mandatory)

Rate of Pay: $21.00/hour to start

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hire

We are hiring a G Class - Delivery Driver for our client in Burlington. This company distributes produce to customers across the GTA and Niagara regions. Qualified candidates will have a valid G Class Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract, be available to work on Saturdays, and have experience in a similar customer service-oriented delivery driving role. This position is a long-term to permanent hire position with a reputable company.

Responsibilities Include:

• Deliver produce orders to customer locations
• Hand load and unload crates of produce from box truck
• Complete and provide all required paperwork and driver logs throughout deliveries
• Report any issues or customer concerns with management
• Collect payments from customers
• Review manifest and invoices for accurate deliveries
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers when delivering products
• Safely drive company 20ft box truck and keep vehicle clean
• Other general duties as assigned

Candidate Qualifications:

• Valid G Class Driver's License and clean driver's abstract
• Willingness to provide a Criminal Record Search
• 2-3 years previous verifiable experience working in a delivery driving role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Punctual and reliable
• CSA certified safety shoes
• Able to lift up to 50lbs regularly
