Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Available Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Hourly Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00 (based on experience)

Location: Brantford, Ontario - Wayne Gretzky Parkway & Henry Street

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent Hire

We are looking for a reliable candidate to join our client in a Customer Service role! This company distributes large household appliances and maintenance parts. We are looking for candidates with long-term experience using SAP and Excel, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills!

Daily Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer orders, inquiries, and concerns over phone and email
• Communicate with shipping companies, customers, and drivers
• Schedule trucks and deliveries
• Run reports and track information using Excel and SAP
• Data entry and filing of various documents
• Other general customer service and administrative duties as assigned

Candidate Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of related customer service, office, or dispatch experience required
• Advanced skill using Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
• Experience using SAP or other warehouse management software
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills while working in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and strong communication skills
