Job Title: Technical Analyst

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Wage: $23.10-$28.00/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze business requirements, assess system capabilities, recommend improvements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement technological solutions that drive operational efficiency and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and implement solutions.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or upgrades.
• Prepare documentation such as system workflows, user guides, and technical manuals.
• Conduct data analysis and create reports to support business decision-making.
• Perform system testing and validation procedures.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and tools relevant to the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical analyst, systems analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with C+, C++, C# considered an asset.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred).

Preferred:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of API integrations and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Industry-specific experience (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce).
