Job Title: Office Admin

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Admin to support the daily operations of our landscaping business.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and process invoices using QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
  • Prepare and organize landscaping blueprints.
  • Use LMN Software for job costing, estimating, and scheduling.
  • Prepare and send accurate quotes for landscaping services.
  • Manage client communication and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain organized documentation and files.
  • Handle general office tasks, including phone calls and scheduling.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Familiarity with landscaping blueprints.
  • Experience in invoice creation and quote preparation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
