About the Role
We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Senior Business Analyst.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Provide support for strategic and operational planning and develop supporting documents such as workflows and process mapping for clinical implementations.
- Work with organizational directors, managers, and associated staff in the facilitation of priority project/program delivery requirements.
- Work with multiple areas to facilitate, develop and document business, operational, and technical procedures, materials, and templates.
- Work with SMEs to develop training, education and communication plans and materials.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops including multiple stakeholder groups to define and document requirements and drive consensus.
- Manage clinical reporting requirements for multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Manage small projects and initiatives within the business areas.
- Identify gaps and areas of improvement as it relates to service delivery processes and on-going sustainment of services.
About You
Your education and experience include:
- Bachelor?s degree in business, or another related field.
- Minimum of five years? related experience, preferably in a health-related field.
You have the following skills and abilities:
- Superior communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
- Self-motivation with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills combined with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to plan and facilitate workshops, build consensus, and facilitate solutions amongst team members.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
