About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented financial professional with a passion for analytics and client service? Medavie is seeking a Receivables & Collection Management Analyst to join our dynamic Receivables team in Moncton (hybrid). In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our group business through financial analysis, receivables operations, and exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Processing remittances for self-billed groups and managing assigned accounts
- Executing receivables accounting activities, including payment processing, allocations, reconciliations, and responding to inquiries
- Developing financial analyses and client-specific reports to support corporate clients
- Supporting system enhancements and financial data testing in collaboration with Business Analysts
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives and automation efforts within the department
What You'll Bring
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or insurance
- 3-5 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting
- Strong accounting knowledge and advanced analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data management principles
- Experience with query tools and databases (e.g., PLSQL)
- Strong communication skills in English (required); bilingualism in French and English is considered an asset

- Internal Teams: Collaborate with various departments across Medavie to resolve inquiries and support business needs
- External Clients: Provide timely responses to client inquiries and requests for payment information
