SummaryAs a Developer software full stack / Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and create custom applications, workflows, and automations that drive efficiency and productivity
Key Responsibilities- Utilize Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot studio / Virtual Agents), to enable business process automation
- Architect and build high-quality, scalable, and secure applications on the Power Platform
- Design and implement data models, workflows, and integrations with other systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Power Platform.
- Effectively manage project timelines and resources to optimize efficiency and delivery outcomes
- Mentor team members on the MS Power Platform – fostering a culture of increased digital literacy, in a context of citizen development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Practical experience in full stack development for at least 2 years; with proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms and related concepts
- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot studio. Microsoft certified Power Platform Solution Architect Expert and Power Platform developer would be an asset
- Experience with data modeling, SQL, and integrating Power Platform with other systems.
- Demonstrated experience and strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and RPA tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in facilitating design thinking and process mapping sessions is an asset
- English and French(Only for QC) required
- Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Azure services.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or Python.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
