Our Eastlink National Marketing team is currently seeking an enthusiastic and results driven team-member to join their team as a Web Content Manager who will oversee and optimize the company’s website and related digital channels, ensuring high-quality content delivery and audience engagement. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the organization's CMS, lead content initiatives, execute ongoing updates, improve SEO, and ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns. The role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands on with a passion for managing and optimizing web experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day management of the website to ensure the content is accurate, engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate content rollouts in alignment with Marketing campaigns, product launches and events
  • Optimize user journeys for engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams, including Developers, Marketing, the Content team, and Product Management to help inform and implement site enhancements
  • Leverage SEO best practices to maximize search rankings, optimize content and analyze data
  • Monitor site analytics and engagement metrics to optimize the customer experience and identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee the Ecommerce platform through monitoring results, optimizing journeys and providing recommendations to drive conversions.
  • Provide continuous competitive analysis and report on content strategy changes among industry peers

Requirements:

  • Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science or any related field.
  • 5+ years managing web content in Umbraco or related CMS
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
  • Strong background in content strategy, web copywriting, and user journey optimization.
  • Strong organization, communication, and project management skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders with competing deadlines
  • Experience collaborating with design and development teams to enhance digital experiences.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics (GA4) with experience building custom reports and dashboards. Experience in Google Tag Manager is a plus, but not required.
