The incumbent will be responsible for building maintenance, possess leadership skills, and be able to provide exceptional customer service.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs plumbing faucets, painting and any other tasks that may be required within competence of the candidate
• Conduct inspections of building facilities to identify and address maintenance issues
• Ensure 6S implementation and sustainability
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or employees in a timely manner
• See to the daily maintenance issues and overseas the contract cleaners are doing adequate cleaning of the facilities
• Ensure to clean all entrances of snow and add abrasives when required
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and tenants
• Provide car detailing cleaning for customers when required
• Work closely with the Base Manager on different projects that may arise and work with the planning of the work with different contractors or trades.
• Will be a member of the safety committee to identify risks and corrective actions
• Ensure to take all the company training module as required
• Clean windows and doors entrances

High School leaving certificate

Experience in manual labour

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
