Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking individuals to fill positions as Labourer (Summer Student) for our Belledune, New Brunswick location. We are seeking candidates with a strong work ethic, ability to work independently under minimal supervision and safety focused mindset.
- Perform manual labour duties such as shoveling, sweeping, lifting, carrying, and moving materials to support overall operations.
- Follow all safety protocols and must be able to work safely in a physically demanding environment.
- Conduct general maintenance and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and tidy working environment.
- Previous labourer experience is an asset.
- Previous experience in an industrial or heavy equipment related industry is an asset.
- Positive attitude and hardworking work ethic.
- Aptitude for balancing safety as the priority with the demands of production.
- Ability to lift, pull and pull 50+ lbs. regularly and safely.
- Able to stand for extended periods of time and complete repetitive, physically demanding work.
- Ability to work with others or independently as required.
- On-the-job training and support for your continuous professional development.
- Monday-Friday, day shifts.
- Seasonal student employment until end of August.
